Nothing to collect.

Last updated: October 4, 2026.

KidFacts is a learning app for children aged 7 to 11, made for families. It is built so that there is nothing to collect.

What KidFacts stores

All of this is stored on the device. If iCloud is enabled, it is also stored in the family's own private iCloud database so a parent's iPhone can show the dashboard. Apple's iCloud terms apply to that storage; KidFacts has no access to it.

What KidFacts does not do

Purchases

KidFacts Full is an optional subscription handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Purchases sit behind a parent gate. KidFacts receives no payment details and no personal information from Apple about who subscribed.

Notifications

If a parent turns them on, KidFacts schedules two local notifications on the device: a daily practice reminder and a Sunday summary. These are created on the device and involve no server.

Children's privacy

KidFacts is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's Kids category rules by not collecting personal information from anyone. Because no data leaves the device except through the family's own iCloud, there is nothing for us to share, sell or delete on request. Deleting the app deletes its data from the device; iCloud data can be removed in iOS Settings under iCloud storage.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear at this address with a new date.
